My name is Orville Spencer, and Imprint Automotive is my baby.
When I was little, I was the kid that fixed things. I was the one that took things apart, so of course, I was the one that fixed it after.
Growing up in Jamaica I was always taught that treating people fairly was important, as is respect and honesty. As I grew my skills as a mechanic, I learned that cars are like people; if you take care of them and treat them well, they will do the same to you. I still believe that, and that's how I run Imprint.
When I moved to Canada, I began working in garages around the city. My skills grew, but I knew that working for somebody else wasn't for me. Imprint Automotive was founded in 2011, with the idea that I could offer my skills to help people, and do it with more value than other garages offer. I know what it takes to fix a problem, and I believe in a fair cost for my work. I treat my customers like friends, and I treat them fairly and with respect. I think that's much different than many mechanics they go to, and I think that's why they always come back.
"I treat people with the respect they deserve, and I treat their cars like they are my own."
At Imprint, I will always give you 100% effort, and excellent value. All of the mechanics here work under the same values. We will always explain what we are doing, and give you choices so you are happy with the end result.
We know how important your vehicle is to you. Bring it to us, and give it the love it deserves.
